Why can't I always connect to atec.ml.org

This is because www.ml.org supplies me with a domain name but I do not have a permanent account with my ISP yet.  The most I can get at the moment is 8 hours a day but normally it is more than this anyway.  Please check to see if we are online and if so join the discussion group for linux if you are a user.
